How long does it take to print and when will my order ship?

You can see the current production time in the banner at the top of the page.

Generally printing takes 6 working days from confirmed payment, plus 1-2 days shipping, or we do have a 4 working day rush order plus shipping available for $5 per item.

You can see your actual order ship by date in your order email which was sent at the time of ordering, or by logging in to your account.

Our Standard Orders take up to 6 working days to print, and then are shipped by overnight tracked courier.
Our Rush Orders take up to 4 working days to print, and then are shipped by overnight tracked courier.
For Rural Delivery allow up to 3 working days for shipping.
Please note these shipping times may change particularly at peak times like Christmas. Prior to checkout, you will be given the actual ship by date.

We do not guarantee the courier side of things as we have no control over this.

Can I just print one thing?

Yes of course. Our minimum order is one :)

What types of printing do you offer?

We offer high quality digital Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, Direct to Film (DTF) printing, Sublimation, Screenprinting and Embroidery. You can see more about these processes on our Services page.

What products can I print?

We print onto high quality cotton t-shirts, singlets, hoodies, sweatshirts, bags, plus pillowcases, tea-towels, cushion covers, aprons and wall banners and more. All of these are available on this site. We also have access to hundreds more products from our suppliers. If you check out our Suppliers page, we can add any of these products to our website for you.

What if something is out of stock?

Like most other printers, we do not hold stock of all the apparel options we have on our site, and order them from our suppliers once orders are confirmed. Occasionally an item you have ordered on our site, will be out of stock with our supplier. This is out of our control. We will always let you know by the next business day after your order and will either give you alternatives, or can fully refund for any out of stock items.

Can I supply my own clothing for you to print?

We only print on our own supplied apparel to guarantee quality.

Do you send out samples?

Yes that’s no problem, you can order most items blank directly on our website. If the sample(s) is returned in printable condition, we will credit it towards your order. However once shipping is taken into account, it's usually cheaper to get one item printed to check out the quality/size before committing to more if you would like.

How do I know what size I need?

The measurements are given for each product on the website. Body Width is measured flat from seam to seam, usually under the armpit. Body Length is measured from the shoulder to the hem. Please note that measurements can vary +/- 2.5cm, this is within our supplier's tolerance.

Do you offer relabelling ?

Yes we offer relabelling of AS Colour products only, and the minimum order is 20 units which can be a mixture of items. The relabelling is done by AS Colour and we do not mark up their pricing. You can view the relabelling pricing here. Please note that relabelling takes at least a week, and sometimes longer in busy periods, and our five working day production time starts from when we receive the garments from AS Colour. Often it's quicker and easier to incorporate your logo into your printed design, and is more visible to your customers anyway.

Can I print my own design and can you print photos?

Yes you can! Go to Create Your Own and select a blank product, choose your colour, then upload your own design or photo or select from the supplied designs. You can even link directly to your Facebook or Instagram account to easily access your images.

How to I reorder a previous order?

You just log in to the website, with your username and you can reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. Then you go to your previous orders, click the checkbox on the left next to the order you want to reorder and then click reorder at the top right. This will add your previous order to the cart, where you can then go in and edit it for sizes, quantity, colours etc, or duplicate it if you want to make some more changes.

I want the background removed, can you do this?

Yes we can. Please put a note in with your order asking for the background to be removed. We can do that for you at no charge in most cases.
There are also several free background removal tools online that work well, such as Adobe Express and Canva.

What are the file requirements for uploading a design?

We accept the following file formats: PNG, PDF, SVG, SVGZ, JPG, JPEG. Our maximum print area is 40 x 45cm and 300dpi is preferred. 

The approximate maximum print sizes are:

Infant 18 x 20cm
Kids 25 x 30cm
Womens 35 x 40cm
Mens 40 x 45cm

Your file must be at least 72 dpi (300 dpi is best) but bigger is better for crisp, clean printing. You will get a warning on our designer if the image has been enlarged too much.

If you are using an image from Google, please go to Tools, and select the size Large. 
If you are using Canva, please export as a high quality pdf or png file.

For close colour matching it's best to have the colour process as CMYK. RGB files look nice and bright on screen but they are unable to be reproduced in CMYK printing.

How do I know the designs are the right size and in the right place? 

We print at 100% size in most cases. We do resize the designs in proportion to the size of the top for very small or very large sizes. These measurements you see on our online designer are the same whether you have chosen an XS top or a 3XL, which of course would mean if we stuck to those measurements, the designs would be too big on an XS and too small on a 3XL. We also sometimes adjust the positioning of the design to what most people want if we think it might have been accidentally positioned wrong, eg we centre designs that are slightly off centre. If you have specific size or location requirements we are totally happy to print them as you want them, but you MUST notify us by putting a note on your order.

How do I take care of my print?

For the best results, wash inside out on a cool wash. Your print will last longer if you don't tumble dry, and use a cool iron only if necessary.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry no, in order to keep our prices down and pass those savings on to you, we are an online store only.

How do you ship your products?

We ship in home and commercially compostable courier satchels with no extra packaging apart from care instructions.
