What file types can I upload?
We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, SVGZ, JPG and JPEG files.
For the best result, upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available.
What resolution should my artwork be?
We recommend 300 dpi at the size you want your artwork printed.
Low-resolution artwork can become blurry or pixelated when enlarged.
Can I upload artwork from Canva?
Yes. Export your design from Canva as a high-quality PDF or PNG before uploading it to Digitees.
What is the maximum print size?
Our maximum print size is 35 × 40 cm, available by special request only.
This is not our standard print size. The actual maximum dimensions may be smaller depending on the garment style, size and print position.
If you require our maximum print size, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether it is possible.
Can you remove the background from my artwork?
Yes. In many cases we can remove a simple background at no charge.
Add a note to your order if you would like us to remove the background.
Do I need vector artwork?
Not for DTG or DTF printing. High-resolution raster artwork such as PNG files is suitable.
Screen printing and embroidery require vector artwork.
Can you print photos and full-colour artwork?
Yes. DTG and DTF can reproduce full-colour artwork and photographs where the artwork and garment are suitable.
Use the original high-resolution image wherever possible for the best result.
How do I choose the size and position of my design?
Use our online designer to choose the size and position of your artwork.
The dimensions shown in the designer represent the standard (100%) print size. Your artwork will automatically be resized according to the garment sizes ordered, in line with our standard resizing policy.
Please check your design and placement carefully before ordering. If you require specific print dimensions or placement, include a note with your order.
How do I select the back or another print location?
Once you have opened the online designer, you can choose from the available print locations.
On a computer: Select the back or another available print location from the right-hand side of the designer.
On a mobile phone: Tap the Area button (the arrows icon) in the top-right corner, then choose the back or another available print location.
Will my design be the same size on every garment?
No. To help designs look proportionate across different garment sizes, we automatically adjust print dimensions as part of our standard DTG and DTF production process.
Our standard resizing policy is:
- XS: 90% of the standard print size
- S–XL: 100% of the standard print size
- 2XL and larger: 110% of the standard print size
The dimensions shown in our online designer represent the standard (100%) print size.
Automatic resizing will not increase a design beyond our maximum print dimensions of 35 × 40 cm. This maximum size is available by special request only. Actual print dimensions may also be limited by the garment's available print area.
If you would prefer your design to remain the same size across all garments, please let us know before production.
How do I specify an exact print size or position?
Use our online designer to position and size your artwork, then add a note to your order with any specific measurements or placement requirements.
For example, you can specify an exact print width, the distance below the neckline, or request that your design remains the same size across all garments.
Our maximum print size is 35 × 40 cm, available by special request only.
Special print size and placement requests are subject to confirmation and must be agreed before production.
