Can I order just one item?
Yes. DTG and DTF printing have a minimum order of just one item.
Screen printing and embroidery require a minimum of 10 items with the same design.
What are your minimum order quantities?
DTG: 1 item
DTF: 1 item
Screen printing: 10 items with the same design
Embroidery: 10 items with the same design
Can I supply my own garments?
No. We only decorate garments and products supplied by Digitees.
This helps us ensure the product is suitable for the decoration method and maintain consistent print quality.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. Most products can be ordered blank directly through our website.
If you'd like to check the finished print as well as the garment, you can also order a single DTG or DTF printed item.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Quantity discounts are calculated automatically through our website.
Add your products and designs to the cart and the applicable pricing will be shown automatically.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes. You can use our website to get pricing based on the garment, decoration method, design and quantity.
For many standard DTG and DTF orders, you can see the price online without waiting for a manual quote.
How do I reorder a previous order?
Log in to your Digitees account and go to your previous orders. Select the order you want and choose Reorder.
The previous order will be added to your cart, where you can adjust quantities, sizes, colours or other details before ordering again.
What happens if something I've ordered is out of stock?
We order most garments from our suppliers once your order is confirmed, so occasionally an item may sell out before we can secure it.
If this happens, we'll contact you with suitable alternatives or arrange a refund for the unavailable item.
