What products can you print or embroider?
We offer a wide range of garments and products including T-shirts, singlets, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, workwear, sportswear, headwear, bags and more.
The decoration methods available depend on the individual product.
Do you supply AS Colour?
Yes. We stock a large range of AS Colour garments along with products from a number of other apparel suppliers.
Which other suppliers do you use?
Our range includes products from suppliers such as JB's Wear, Biz Collection, Cloke, C-Force and Aussie Pacific, as well as AS Colour.
Available brands and products can change, so check the website for the current range.
What if I can't find the garment I want on your website?
Check our Suppliers section for other garments that may be available through our suppliers.
If you find a suitable product that is not currently listed on the Digitees website, contact us and we can check whether it can be added.
Can I supply my own garments?
No. We only decorate garments and products supplied by Digitees.
This helps us ensure the product is suitable for the chosen decoration method and maintain consistent production quality.
How do I choose the correct size?
Use the size chart and garment measurements shown on the individual product page.
Garment measurements can vary slightly, with a typical manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±2.5 cm.
What happens if the garment I ordered is out of stock?
We order most garments from our suppliers once your order is confirmed, so occasionally an item may sell out before we can secure it.
If this happens, we'll contact you with suitable alternatives or arrange a refund for the unavailable item.
Can I order a blank garment before placing a larger order?
Yes. Most products can be ordered blank through the website if you'd like to check the garment, fit or colour first.
Can you print my branding inside the neck?
Yes. We can print DTF inside-neck labels on suitable garments.
Can you remove the existing garment label?
No. Our inside-neck DTF printing service does not include removing the garment's existing label.
How do I choose the right garment size?
Check the measurements shown on the individual product page rather than relying only on the size label, as sizing can vary between brands and styles.
Body Width is measured across the garment from side seam to side seam while laid flat. Body Length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
