What printing methods do you offer?
We offer DTG (Direct to Garment), DTF (Direct to Film), screen printing and embroidery.
The best method depends on your garment, artwork, quantity and the finish you're looking for.
What is DTG printing?
DTG (Direct to Garment) printing applies ink directly to the fabric. It produces a soft, breathable print and is particularly suited to detailed and full-colour artwork.
DTG works best on garments containing at least 70% cotton and has a minimum order of just one item.
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing uses a printed transfer that is heat-applied to the garment. It produces bright, durable prints and works on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton and synthetics.
DTF is also useful for print positions such as sleeves and has a minimum order of just one item.
Should I choose DTG or DTF?
DTG is generally the best choice when you want a soft, breathable print on a suitable cotton garment.
DTF is more versatile across different fabrics and print positions and produces a vibrant, durable finish, although the print has more feel on the garment than DTG.
You don't always need to choose yourself — the available decoration options on each product will help guide you.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing uses individual screens to apply each ink colour to the garment. It's a good choice for larger quantities, simple designs, heavy wear and jobs requiring specific spot colours.
The minimum is 10 items with the same design. Screen setup charges apply, and standard production time is generally 2–4 weeks.
What is embroidery?
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the garment using thread. It's particularly suited to logos, uniforms, polos, jackets, caps and other branded apparel.

Can you match an exact Pantone colour?
DTG and DTF use process colour, so exact Pantone colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
If precise spot-colour matching is important, screen printing may be the better option.
Do you sell DTF transfers for me to apply myself?
No. Our DTF service is supplied as a finished decorated product rather than transfers on their own.
How should I wash my printed garments?
For the best print life, wash garments inside out in cold water and avoid tumble drying.
Do not iron directly over the printed area.
